At the core of my work there seems to be a desire to investigate the compulsive and obsessive necessity to record and portray my internal thought process. The course of expression allows me to discover and uncover the psychological dimension of a human mind. Essentially, my drawings appear to be expressive, repetitive, detailed and theatrical, almost monumental – they hold a certain amount of authority on the space around them.

With densely over-layered line contours, there is a transparency but at the same time the illegibility of my mind – coinciding with, and intersecting memories of being rejected and accepted, constructed and deconstructed, admired and attacked. My creations are autonomous pieces that are speeches on their own – personal speeches that have transported from the inner to the outer space of being; monumental speeches that have caused trauma and pleasure, incubation of chaos and refinery of order; challenging speeches that have shaken the symmetry of her thoughts; with each stroke she asks: Who owes you an approval?
